Mintz + Hoke Welcomes Another Quinnipiac University Graduate to its Client Service Team

AVON, Conn. (Sept. 30, 2025) — Mintz + Hoke, New England’s Immersively Different brand-building agency, is pleased to welcome EllaGrace Delmond to its Client Service team as a Project Administrator. 

“We are excited to welcome EllaGrace to the team,” said Ben Cadwell, Director of Client Service. “She has already jumped right in and brought great energy and support to both our client service and project management efforts, and we look forward to her continued growth.”

As a Project Administrator, EllaGrace supports the agency’s Client Service team in helping guide projects from planning to completion, ensuring all communications are clear, deadlines are met, and deliverables align with client goals. She collaborates across agency practices and different clients to ensure all expectations are met during each stage. 

It was always EllaGrace’s goal to move out of New York when she graduated from college. It was kismet when one of her professors reached out to her about a job opportunity at a small advertising agency up in Avon. After looking at the job description and finding out more about Mintz + Hoke, everything resonated with what she was looking for in a position. Even though she wanted to leave New York, she didn’t think she would end up in Connecticut, but she couldn’t be happier to be here.

Originally from Long Island, NY, where she lived with her parents and two dogs, Cooper and Sadie, EllaGrace recently relocated to Hartford. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, going to Pilates classes and baking—she’s always trying new recipes and perfecting the ones she already knows. 

EllaGrace holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with specializations in Business and Public Relations from Quinnipiac University.
