Mintz + Hoke promotes Christine Millette to Director of Employee Engagement

AVON, Connecticut — (July 8, 2021) — Mintz + Hoke, an advertising agency in business to help clients win their most difficult marketing battles using media, strategy, advertising, digital, design, PR and more, is proud to announce that Christine Millette has earned a promotion.

Christine Millette, originally from Highland Mills, New York and now residing in New Hartford, Conn., has been promoted from Human Resource Manager to Director of Employee Engagement. Her new responsibilities will include leading all Human Resource activities, such as employment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations and performance management. This role will aid senior leadership and lead middle management in effectively running the agency by developing strategies to improve engagement and managing programs designed to foster it, such as employee recognition programs, wellness programs and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace culture for all team members. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Hartford and a Master of Sciences in Human Resource Management from UConn School of Business.
