Mintz + Hoke Honored As One Of The "Best Places To Work In Connecticut" For 11th Year

AVON, Conn. (March 6, 2026) — Mintz + Hoke, the Immersively Different brand-building advertising agency in New England, is proud to share it has been named one of the “Best Places to Work in Connecticut” by the Hartford Business Journal for the 11th year in a row. 

The awards honor the companies that go above and beyond to discover creative, strategic and safe ways to make work a fun, inclusive and forward-thinking place for employees to be their best selves. 

“For the 11th year in a row, being named a Best Place to Work reflects what matters most to us—our incredible people, trusted clients, meaningful work and valued partners,” said CEO and Managing Principal Ron Perine.

All participating companies went through a two-part assessment process consisting of an employer questionnaire about benefits, policies and more, as well as a confidential employee engagement and satisfaction survey, all of which were analyzed by Workforce Research Group.

Companies had to meet the requirements below to be considered for participation:

• Be a publicly or privately held business, either for-profit or not-for-profit
• Have a facility in Connecticut
• Have at least 15 employees working in Connecticut

Rankings will be revealed in a special issue of the Hartford Business Journal.
