Mintz + Hoke hires four new employees

Avon, Connecticut — (May 18, 2021) — Mintz + Hoke, an advertising agency in business to help clients win their most difficult marketing battles using media, strategy, advertising, digital, design, PR and more, is proud to announce the following new hires.

  • Julie Jarvis of Newington, Conn., has been hired as an Account Coordinator on the agency’s account service team. In this role, Julie will act as a point of contact for our clients, will provide administrative assistance and will maintain client relationships alongside the rest of the account service team. Julie previously worked at the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, and she holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Theater from Quinnipiac University.

  • Stephanie Clason of Needham, Mass. is rejoining our team as the Executive Assistant to the CEO/Coordinator of Business Development. In this position, she will serve as a key player in managing calendars and meetings for the President and HR Manager, as well as showcasing work for all new business proposals and presentations. Stephanie holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Lehigh University, and is rejoining Mintz + Hoke after owning her family’s homemade ice cream shop.

  • Edwin Lee of Plainville, Conn., has been hired as a Media Assistant, where he will take responsibility of maintaining media schedules and budgets, book purchase orders for our media team, and collaborate with clients and partners.  Edwin holds a bachelor's degree in Communications with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations from Marist College.

  • Katie Kelleher of Granby, Conn., has been hired as a Media Assistant, where she will take responsibility of maintaining media schedules and budgets, book purchase orders for our media team, and collaborate with clients and partners. Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in resource economics from University of Connecticut.
