AVON, Conn. (Dec. 14, 2022)Mintz + Hoke, an Immersively Different advertising agency 50 years strong and counting, congratulates Michelle Ormsby on her promotion from Account Supervisor to Account Director.

During her time with the agency, Michelle has shown tremendous tenacity and dedication to her clients, partners and teammates. In her new role, Michelle will continue building strong relationships with clients to get inside their heads to understand their challenges and provide strategic insight and guidance to help them reach success.

“Although I’ve only been at Mintz + Hoke for a little over a year, I’ve used the tools I’ve garnered in my almost 20-year advertising career as the foundation and then built on them in ways I never thought possible. I’ve received complete trust and autonomy to lead my accounts which is truly refreshing, and with hard work, our team and my clients have celebrated many successes. I look forward to continuing to grow in my new role and am eager to see what the future has in store.”

Michelle resides in Plainville with her husband, Mike, and their three cats, Bernie, Truman and Juno. She enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, going out to dinner or drinks, meditating to keep herself relaxed and centered, and volunteering at a cat shelter in Westbrook.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.
