Mintz + Hoke awarded as “Top Workplace” for fourth consecutive year
Connecticut advertising agency Mintz + Hoke is proud to announce that the Hartford Courant and FOX CT Top Workplaces program awarded the agency a Top Workplace honor for the fourth consecutive year. The Top Workplaces program publishes 30 regional lists across the United States and recognizes companies for meeting strict standards for organizational health.

Top Workplace awards are based on confidential employee feedback provided through an employee survey produced by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. Survey questions include employee benefits and perks, outreach to the local community and the health of management structure. More than one million people complete the survey every year.
Organizations must have a minimum of 50 employees in Hartford, Middlesex, Tolland, Windham and New London counties to participate. Company management is barred from influencing employee responses.
Mintz + Hoke is regularly included in this list of prominent local businesses setting the bar for operational excellence and employee morale. In 2016, the agency was also recognized with a Special Award titled, “New Ideas,” for fostering creativity in the workplace. Each Special Award recognizes the top organization to receive standout scores in employee responses regarding the respective topic.
